Because we at Steunpunt Huren want to be involved in the neighborhood, we have arranged with the WIJ Oosterpark organization that we will also be able to hold weekly consultation hours there on Wednesdays starting in September. The consultation hours are from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and take place in the WIJ Oosterpark building at Heesterpoort 1.
As with the walk-in consultation hours at our office (Wednesdays from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.), no appointment is necessary. Until further notice, the consultation hours will continue until the end of December.
Are you experiencing problems with your home, paying too much rent, or have doubts about the service costs? Or has your landlord terminated the lease, or have you not received your deposit back after the end of the lease? Feel free to drop by to discuss this. We are happy to help. Please note: we do not help with finding a home or a room, for example.
In addition, it is still possible to visit our office on Wednesdays, without an appointment, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The coffee is ready.
